This"hands on" class will add to your knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and use of herbs and spices for healthful, delicious meals using ingredients easily obtainable at your local grocery store. "Gourmet" does not have to mean expensive or difficult - but delectable and delicious.
The recipes in this Valentine's Day Class will be sent to you the week after the class with a link to pictures taken during the evening.
Menu for February 14th, 2017, 6-9pm
Appetizer: Olivita Crostini Appeteazer
Heart-shaped toasted baguette slices with a bubbly topping of artisan cheeses and olives
Salad: Mixed baby greens blended with fruits and champagne vinaigrette dressing
and topped with roasted, chopped nuts
Entree: Tender Oven Grilled Chicken breasts with Dynamite Sauce (fresh lime juice,cilantro, spices and garlic) and Cranberry Salsa
accompanied by The World's BEST Sweet and White Potato mash with Cajun seasonings
Dessert: Decadent Valentine Day Dessert featuring chocolate

The evenings proceedings will start at 6:00pm on February 14th, 2017
Please bring your beverages of choice. If you want to bring your own special glasses, you can.
Please mark your beverage bottle(s) with your name.
We will be giving you aprons to wear during the event.
We encourage you to wear comfortable dress-up clothes. Please make sure your shoes are comfortable and closed toe.
This is a culinary adventure with great food; so be in your best adventurous spirit.
We will be taking pictures throughout the evening which we will send to you after the event. You are always welcome to take your own pictures too.

We are unable to accommodate unique dietary requirements.
72-hour cancellation policy: If you cancel 72 hours prior to the class you will receive your money back. However if you cancel within the 72 hours there will be no refund as by that time all of the food has been ordered/purchased, recipes written andadditional class preparations begun.
Copies of the recipes will be sent upon request if someone is unable to attend and cancels within the 72-hour time frame.
